This small cluster of islands, distinct from the far more visited Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno off the north west, is genuinely worth visiting. What's the difference between the Secret Gilis and Gili Trawangan? The northern Gilis are established and busy, with bars and a long-established backpacker circuit.
